I cannot say enough good things about Kim+Ono’s customer service. I ordered this robe in the teal color and received a black one in the mail (mistakes happen!) I reached out to customer service and they resolved the issue so quickly, sent me a prepaid return label and shipped the new one out the next day! I received the replacement in less than a week! I ordered this as a gift for my mom on my wedding day and I just cannot wait to give it to her. The robe is so beautiful and feels so luxurious I might have to order one for myself now! I’ve been eyeballing this brand for a while and I finally ordered a handful of these robes. WOW. I feel like a Queen. The colors are more beautiful in person than expected, and the seaming is very high quality. I will absolutely be asking my husband for more for my birthday! I got the long butterfly print in purple, and the short hand painted crane. I love them both, but the hand painted one is just simply spectacular, a true work of art. Definitely worth the splurge!!
