Orders placed beyond this time or during weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day. Orders ship from our San Francisco, California facility. We work with United States Postal Service (USPS) and Fedex to provide the best, most reliable US shipping options for you. Because we individually review delivery service for each and every order to ensure you the quickest, most cost-effective solution, items that are ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together.

• Delivery times depend on distance to location. Please note that the Estimated Times do not include order processing or customs clearance time. Your tracking information will be updated with that information as your order gets closer to its destination.
• Delivery services are not available on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

You will receive an email shipment notification as your order ships. It includes tracking information with which you can follow the delivery of the package. If you have not received this notification from us, please contact us for more information and we’ll help you track your item.

If the tracking status shows the package as delivered and you have not received it, please wait 36 hours before contacting us to investigate. In rare cases, packages may be marked delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival. After 36 hours, we are happy to help open an investigation with the delivery service.
