About the Company
Founded in 2005, KIM+ONO is a women-owned and operated company based in San Francisco, California. Co-founders and sisters Renee and Tiffany create botanical and contemporary designs in-house in San Francisco, drawing inspiration from heritage motifs, wearable art, and a modern sensibility, then partner with a small artisanal production company in China to handcraft every kimono robe.
KIM+ONO is a modern extension of our family’s business in San Francisco Chinatown, which has spanned nearly 50 years. Growing up surrounded by silk, artistry, and traditional Asian influences, we created KIM+ONO as a way to honor that heritage through a more modern lens, blending timeless craftsmanship with contemporary design and a sense of everyday luxury.

OPEN POSITION
Part-time | Monday–Friday
On-site at the KIM+ONO Store in San Francisco
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform pick, pack, and ship functions for direct-to-consumer order fulfillment
- Conduct quality checks on products and packaging prior to shipment
- Pack orders securely and accurately according to company standards
- Print and assign shipping labels to the correct orders
- Assist with inventory handling, restocking, shipment preparation, and reporting out-of-stock items to the manager
- Help organize shipping supplies, back-stock inventory, and the shared workspace and fulfillment area
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in order fulfillment, shipping, warehouse support, or retail operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Careful and detail-oriented when handling delicate apparel and merchandise
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Committed to maintaining a clean and orderly workspace
- Basic computer skills and comfort using shipping or order management systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a small team
- Availability to work on-site in San Francisco on a part-time Monday–Friday schedule
