For the month of December 2018, we are offering in-store pick up for your holiday orders!

Our team at KIM+ONO wants to offer you a more convenient way to pick up your online orders. Whether you live locally or are traveling and will be in town, you don't have to worry about staying in to wait for the delivery.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Start shopping at www.kimandono.com and when you are ready to check out, choose "In-Store Pick Up" on the cart page and select the date and time. On the Shipping Method page, make sure that "Store Pickup" option is selected for this to go through correctly.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

It's FREE to take advantage of in-store pickup!

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS READY?

You will receive an email notification saying your order is ready for pickup.

WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

If your order is placed before 12 pm Pacific Time, your order can be ready as early as the same business day. Orders placed after that cutoff will be ready the next business days.

WHERE DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Visit KIM + ONO Store at 729 Grant Avenue, San Francisco, California 94108.

WHAT DO I BRING TO PICK UP MY ORDER?

Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID and a copy of the order ready email to pick up your order. We need to check the pickup reference code in that email to verify your order.

Once you're at the store, you can speak to one of our store associates who will help you with the pickup.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT PICK UP MY ORDER?

As soon as we send you the email that your order is ready, it will be held at our store for pick up for seven business days. If you do not pick up your order within this time frame, your order will be considered canceled and we will issue a full refund for your order. You will need to place a new order if you still need the items.
