Our team at KIM+ONO wants to offer you a more convenient way to pick up your online orders. Whether you live locally or are traveling and will be in town, you don't have to worry about staying in to wait for the delivery.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Start shopping at www.kimandono.com and when you are ready, start checking out. On the Shipping page, choose "Pick Up" and the "KIM+ONO Flagship Store" will be automatically selected as the pick up location. Then, proceed to payment and finish checkout as usual.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
It's FREE to take advantage of in-store pickup!
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS READY?
You will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup.
WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
If your order is placed before 12 pm Pacific Time, your order can be ready as early as the same business day. Orders placed after that cutoff will likely be ready the next business days. Make sure you receive the "Ready for Pickup" notification before heading to our store.
WHERE DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Visit KIM+ONO Flagship Store at 729 Grant Avenue, San Francisco, California 94108 to collect your order.
WHAT DO I BRING TO PICK UP MY ORDER?
Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID and be ready to show our store associate the "Ready for Pickup" notification email to verify the pick up.
Once you're at the store, any of our store associates will be able to help you with the pickup.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT PICK UP MY ORDER?
As soon as we send you the email that your order is ready, it will be held at our store for pick up for 2 weeks. If you do not pick up your order within this time frame, your order will be considered canceled and we will issue a full refund for your order. You will need to place a new order if you still need the items.
