You are welcome to return your purchase to our KIM+ONO store within 30 days of the original purchase date.

- Once submitted, our team will review your request and email you with next steps and return instructions.

ONLINE RETURNS HERERETURNING YOUR STORE PURCHASE
You may visit our San Francisco store in person to drop off your return. If you live outside of the San Francisco Bay Area, you may ship your unworn, undamaged item back to us following the instructions provided by our team.
Please ensure all returns are in their original condition, with tags, packaging, and accessories included.
EXCHANGES
If you are able to visit our store in person, our Store Associates will be happy to assist you with an exchange during your return visit. If you made your purchase while visiting San Francisco, you may ship your return back to the store, and a refund will be issued once it’s received.
Since our brick-and-mortar store operates independently from our online store, we will not be able to process an in-store return with an online order as an exchange. However, you are always welcome to place a new order online at your convenience at any stage of your store return process.
