      I ordered the white w/cherry blossom as a gift got my sister on her birthday and had it furoshiki wrapped. I placed the order to ship to sisters house and didn’t pay for express shipping. Then I started to worry that it wasn’t going to come on time so I reached out to customer care. I quickly got an email back asking what date would I like it to arrive and so I said the 7th. Not only was I not expecting such a rapid response but she make me feel catered too.the gal at customer care even make sure that she told production and emailed me back saying not to worry and I tell you it arrived on the 7th at 10am. It was a smooth and confident order thanks to the ladies that work there. Needless to say the gift was a perfect fit and felt like royalty in.
