I purchased several of these washable silk robes in different styles and sizes for my mother, mother-in-law, bridesmaids, and myself for my wedding day and they were wonderful! They looked beautiful and felt very luxurious. The fact that they’re washable was the decision maker - dry cleaning can be inconvenient and expensive, and I didn’t want to obligate my ladies to that commitment with the gift. Comfortable and luxurious
I was worried the weight of the silk would make it too sheer but "washable" meant it truly did cover me. The robe washed well. This weight does not swish with the same fluidity as a lighter one probably would but I was looking for coverage and the ability to wash the item. I am very pleased with the robe!
